But, here's something I want to share: it's not just about performing these habits. I experienced the most growth by diving deep into my mind, body, and soul, shaping an identity that's authentically me.
In this video I will share four mindset habits that have helped me increase my sense of self. It would be awesome if you could join me on a journey to uncover the most authentic version of ourselves.

Now, picture life as the ultimate RPG (Role-Playing-Game). I used to be addicted to gaming, and it hit me: What if I could bring that passion for grinding into real life? See your daily to-do list as personal growth side quests, contributing to your unique identity.
But, here's a challenge: stop judging and comparing. Life's not a game of envying others. Embrace a non-judgmental mindset, strengthen self-acceptance, and watch healthier relationships and reduced stress follow suit.
Rewriting these habits isn't easy, but accept yourself, be self-aware, and show empathy. We're players in life's grand game, each on a unique journey.
In the end, these interconnected habits create a feedback loop – self-acceptance, healthier relationships, and reduced stress. Balance your mind, body, and soul for a quality life. Feed your mind, body, and soul, and enjoy your journey!
Journaling questions I use:
1. What emotions am I currently feeling? How would I describe them?
2. What are three moments in the past week that made me feel amazing? Why was that?
3. What brings me joy and fulfilment at the moment? How can I incorporate more of these activities or experiences into my daily life?
4. What are the main thoughts or concerns that have been occupying my mind lately?
5. What are some challenges or obstacles I’m facing right now? How do they make me feel?
6. What are my top priorities or goals at this moment in my life? How do I plan to achieve them?
7. Are there any recurring patterns or habits in my life that I would like to change or improve? How can I work towards that?
