This Myofascial Integrated Stretching (MIS) class emphasizes hip mobility by developing full active range of motion through dynamic movement, controlled articular rotations, and deep myofascial stretches.
While the class incorporates full-body sequencing to address all myofascial lines, it places additional emphasis on the deep front line and functional lines, targeting the adductors, abductors, and hip rotator muscles to improve stability, control, and movement efficiency.
