Today we take a step back from our linear speed training focus on day one and shift to ur ability to change direction and move LATERALLY on the field - with our banded lateral agiliies/ plyometrics, 5-5-10’s, and laser-timed 5/10’s.

In the weight room our guys take on a tough lower body focused lift including everything from RDL’s to Front Squats to Broad Jumps.

:ON FIELD:
Dynamic Warm Up
Banded Lateral Acceleration Series
Lateral power cut x3 - 2 whistles each rep
Lateral Power cut + Bounce back x2 ea
Lateral power cut + Vertical Jump x2 ea
5-5-10’s
R/L foot over x1 ea
5/10’s
3 timed runs for each athlete
