Our football team as well as many others are in full Summer Training mode as we near July and inch even closer to that first Friday Night football game.

This workout focuses on developing our athletes max power output with trap bar deadlift - setting a new 3 rep max after a proper progression including sets of 3,2, 1 leading into our new 3 rep max.
.
Outside, we take you through our max velocity and change of direction day. Some highlights include our competitive 5-5-10’s, an 80% build up, and laser timed drills to put your athletes abilities to the test and acquire some quantifiable, actionable data.

ON FIELD
1. Power Lunge Series
Ankle Flip + Drop Lunge x3 each leg
Ankle Flip - Drop Lunge w/ bounce back x3 each leg
2. Traveling Speed Exchanges
a. Single x15 yards x1
b. Double x20 yards x1 (Switch at 10 yards)
c. Triple x15 yards x1
3. Later Power Cut Series
power cut + sprint x3
Lateral Power Cut + Vertical jump to sprint x2
Shuffle to Sprint x3
Flying 10’s 2x1
5/10 - 180 degree turn 2x1
