This is a test run of our new 2-in 1 dough mixer and kneading machine. This machine has a mixing capacity of 25kg of flour at a time.
Mixing takes about 15 minutes. After mixing, you move over to the kneading section to start kneading your dough.
Kneading time depends on how fine you want your dough.
