The 13" Dynamic Stabilizer Band is great warm up band to consider using to activate hips and core prior to any sporting activity, walk, run or lower body strength session. Here is a simple warm circuit to get started with.
Flow through this 10 exercise series doing 30-seconds of work with minimal rest between movements:
Rhythmical Reaches R - L
Side Stepping
Forward-Backward Walks
45-Degree Repeats
Marching
Drop Squats
Switch Drill
