材料:
-腌好的鸡扒一块(提前可以蒸/煎)
-芝麻一汤匙
-花生碎两汤匙
-青瓜 1/3 ,切丝
-红萝卜适量切丝
-Fong's Kitchen BBQ 酱
做法/煮法
-把Pan烧热然后用慢火炒芝麻
-炒香芝麻后,就倒入Fong's Kitchen BBQ 酱半包(一块鸡扒分量)
-把酱和芝麻煮均匀,煮滚
-滚了后可以把提前蒸或煎好的鸡扒倒入
-酱要煮到有点收干
再倒入青瓜和萝卜丝,酱要收干就完成了
-最后花生碎洒在餐上点缀
Ingredient:
A piece of marinated chicken chop (you can steam/fried in advance)
-1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
-2 tablespoons of crushed peanuts
-Cucumber 1/3, shred
-Shred carrots appropriately
-Fong's Kitchen BBQ Sauce
Cooking method:
-Heat Pan and sauté sesame seeds over slow heat
-After sautéing the sesame seeds, add half a pack of Fong's Kitchen BBQ Sauce (a piece of chicken chop)
-Boil the sauce and sesame seeds evenly and bring to a boil
-After rolling, you can pour the chicken chops that have been steamed or fried in advance
-The sauce should be boiled until it is a little dry, then pour in cucumber and shredded radish, the sauce should be dried and it’s done
-Finally, peanuts are sprinkled on the meal for decoration
