This 23-minute yoga flow focuses on gentle twists to support spinal movement and ease tension in the back. Twisting helps rotate the spine and stretch the muscles around it, which can support the spine’s natural range of motion.
The practice is steady and accessible, making it a good option if you feel stiff, tight, or simply want to move your back in a gentle way. You’re welcome to pause, rest, or repeat sections as needed.
This class is suitable for most levels and works well as a short standalone practice or as part of a regular routine. Hopefully, you’ll finish the session feeling a little lighter and more relaxed.
