hello friends today I going to prepare very simple but very tasty leafy vegetable Palak and bhathuva Garlicky Saag
1.250 gm spinach
2.250 gm bhathuva
3.salt to taste
4.1/2 tsp haldi powder
5.1 tsp coriander powder
6.1/2 tsp amchur powder
7. 5 tsp fresh cream
8. 2 tablespoon mustard oil
9.1 tsp ghee
10.4 green chillies
11.11/2 tsp chopped garlic
12.1 tsp chopped ginger
13.1 onion
for garnishing
1.tablespoon ghee
2.ginger garlic 1/2 tsp each
3.1/2 tsp kashmiri chillie powder
