Today, I am sharing a special, healthy recipe: Senai Kizhangu Kootu (Elephant Foot Yam Curry).
Being an IT professional, I always look for recipes that are quick, healthy, and tasty for my lunchbox. This Yam Kootu is exactly that! It is rich in fiber, great for digestion, and tastes amazing with Rice or Chapati.

Ingredients:
Elephant Foot Yam (Senai Kizhangu) - 250g
Moong Dal / Toor Dal - 1/2 cup
Turmeric, Salt, Sambar Powder
For Grinding: Coconut, Cumin (Jeera), Red Chili
