Early in the morning, the fog had not yet lifted from the great river. The sun was just emerging from behind the green mountains and dancing on the shiny roof of the Scania R420 truck. After hours of standing in the factory parking lot, the driver had received a new mission:

A sensitive and heavy load for the HAVI company had to be transported along a narrow road along the river, a path that ordinary drivers rarely dare to cross.

Along the way, the winding road between the forest and the flowing water twisted like a silver ribbon. Every turn offered a new view: fishermen on the shore, birds flying low to the water, and a huge truck calmly passing by like a metal giant.

But peace does not always last...

A short while later, it started to rain. The road surface became wet, and the reflection of sunlight on the drops made it difficult for the driver to focus properly. At that moment, the truck lost control on a bend and the trailer skidded slightly toward the riverbank. The driver managed to stop the car just inches from the edge of the riverbank with a quick turn of the steering wheel and a hard brake.

He held his breath, but then he looked at the view that opened up before him—a quiet road, blue mountains in the distance, and a river sparkling in the sunlight. He smiled, started the engine again, and said to himself,

“No rough road can stop a real driver.”

At the end of the day, the load arrived at its destination; but this journey was not just a mission for him—it was a reminder that every real journey has its own story.
