One-pan Crispy Chicken with Garlic and Soy Sauce, It's super simple and fast to make, which is perfect for your lunchbox.
配方表/Ingredients:
鸡腿排6块
（腌制料：糖1茶匙，黑胡椒，蒜粉1茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，酸奶3汤匙）
酱汁：
蒜7、8瓣
黄油30克
生抽两汤匙
蜂蜜1汤匙
蚝油半汤匙
水一小碗
6 Boneless Drumsticks
Mix 1tsp of sugar, ground pepper, 1tsp of garlic powder, half a tsp of salt and 3 tbsp of yogurt to marinate the chicken
The sauce:
7 or 8 cloves of garlic
butter 30g
2tbsp of soy sauce
1tbsp of honey
half a tbsp of oyster sauce
a small bowl of water
