Food used in the video was cut up chicken gizzards bought from the local grocery store.
In traditional field falconry, most falconers wouldn't train a falcon to come from the perch to land on the fist/glove in this way. With my intent with educational outreach programs with my birds, I have a specific reason for training a falcon in a similar fashion to how one would train a hawk.
