I hear ya. Many of you out there who have knee pain, patellar tendonitis, and perhaps other tracking issues with the knee have a KNEE loading strategy, instead of a HIP loading strategy. The knee is like a middle child that gets blamed for everyone else's faults. Your hips aren't working right, and the knee is getting blamed.
Check out the following stretches and exercises as a way to supplement proper chiropractic care of your lower back (where do you think all those nerves that go to your hips/thighs/ankles come from?)
