Ragda:-
250gm white peas
1/2 boiled potato
2 tbsp oil
2 chopped onion
1 tomato
1 tbsp ginger chilly paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilly powder

Pattice:-

1 bowl poha
1 tbsp Aara rot
Salt(according to taste)
1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp jeera powder
1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp jeera powder
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
Dhaniya ( garnish)
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1 bowl bread crumbs
Coriander (sprinkle)
Green chutney
Mithi chutney
Pomegranate
Chaat sev
Chopped onion
