A bunch of saws had this type of carb mounting arrangement. Plastic carb mounting bracket and plastic pulse "pipe" or tube that picks the pulse from the cylinder to pulse the carburetor. A grommet is the seal between the cylinder and pulse pipe...it failed on this saw. A place to look should you have one of these type saws if its running lean.
