Yes, there is. I didn't put mine on service mode. But I'm also not saying not to put it on service mode.
INSTRUCTIONS
...!!!*PLEASE READ BEFORE ACTIVATING*!!!...
Activate service mode.
1) Turn the vehicle on.
2) Press and hold brake peddle
3) Press and hold parking brake/e-brake
4) After light flashes on dash, release brake peddle, then release and immediately press park brake/e-brake one time.
And it goes into service mode.
To remove service mode
1) Press and hold brake peddle.
2) Pull up and hold park brake/e-brake light on dash will reset, and you're good.
