"My Fair Lady" (Grata mea Domina) is a contemporary composition in the style of the Polish Renaissance court, inspired by the reign of King Sigismund Augustus (1520–1572).
Although written today, it sounds as if it were born in the sixteenth century, evoking the noble spirit, tenderness, and musical character of that golden age.

Unlike a traditional composition, this work is a musical impression, created through collaboration between human creativity and advanced artificial intelligence.
The result is a stylistically coherent piece that reflects a deep understanding of early music, a meeting of human vision and machine intelligence.

The visual motif of this video, “Lady with an Ermine” by Leonardo da Vinci (1489–1490) , links this composition to the golden age of Renaissance art.
The portrait of Cecilia Gallerani, painted in Milan for Duke Ludovico Sforza, found its way to Poland in the nineteenth century and today belongs to the Czartoryski Collection in Kraków.

Its presence in Kraków is more than symbolic, it reflects how the Italian Renaissance itself took root in Poland, especially during the reign of King Sigismund the Old and Queen Bona Sforza, who brought with her a new vision of art, architecture, and courtly culture.
As noted by Polish historian Maliszewska, the Polish Renaissance was not merely an imitation, but a refined adaptation an Italian spirit reborn under the northern sky.

Thus, the song “My Fair Lady” bridges two worlds the Italian elegance of Leonardo’s muse and the poetic soul of Renaissance Kraków.
It is performed in Polish, just as songs were sung at the royal court of the Jagiellons a historical reconstruction and a personal interpretation of love poetry from that era.
