The Heavy Bag workout for today is 3 x 3:00 rounds with various boxing combinations.
There will be 3 rounds:-
Round 1:- This round is about reviewing and building combinations with bursts of intervals to finish them. For both new and returning viewers, the first round gives them an opportunity to add punches and intensity.
Round 2:- The second round is about finishing each combo with power punches. The Heavy Bag can be used to improve punch strength and stamina as well as visualize how to end a fight with a knockout shot by using power punch finishers.
Round 3 - Hand and foot speed. Work quick boxing combos based on movement and angle adjustments.
