Dr Jake and I talk through what dry needling is and what it can be used for. We also take you through a technique of dry needling where the needle is inserted into my upper trap muscle and electrical stimulation is added to it.
Join me as I get the thin needles put into my trap muscle for some treatment to decrease muscle tension and pain which allows the muscle and joint better subjective feel and allows my body to be ready for additional treatment like exercises, stretching, or chiropractic adjustment.
