Do you suffer with insomnia or just have trouble falling asleep?
This is a short and relaxed Hatha style practice that is focused on preparing your mind and body for sleep.
Throughout the practice you are guided to your breath to help your mind unwind and let go of the day. On a physical level you will release tension from the hips shoulder and neck to ensure you are comfortable in bed.
