73rd Birthday Ladders. I want to thank everyone for sending me birthday wishes.
To celebrate my birthday, I would like to share two exercises with you that are called ladders. I use these exercises on a regular basis.
One for Indian Clubs and the other for the Gada Mace.
Each exercise lasts one minute, and as you get proficient, you can aim higher for two minutes, three minutes, five minutes, eight minutes and finally, ten minutes nonstop.
As your skills improve, you can use heavier Indian Clubs and the Gada Mace. Enjoy the videos.
