When starting out in the gym, it can be incredibly overwhelming to know how to use all of the machines and equipment. I hope to ease that anxiety with the video above. Let's learn the ins and outs of adding weight to a barbell, both from a squat rack and on the ground. We will show you also how to use weight clips to increase safety of your weight workouts. We also touch on the difference between using rubber and bumper plates. Lastly, you will learn proper technique for taking weights off of the barbell safely. By the end of the video you will know EXACTLY how to navigate using the barbell as a beginner!
