Cake base (饼干底)
150g (1 1/2 cups) crushed Oreo biscuits (奥利奥饼干碎)
30g melted butter (溶解牛油)
Cheese layer (芝士层):
450g (16 oz ) cream cheese (奶油芝士)
100g (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 eggs(鸡蛋)- grade A
1 tbsp corn starch (玉米粉)
150ml whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
Chocolate Mousse (巧克力慕斯):
60ml milk (鲜奶)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 large egg - grade A (鸡蛋)
100g dark chocolate, chopped (黑巧克力,切碎)
1 1/2 tsp gelatine powder (鱼胶粉)
50ml water (水)
150g whipped cream (打起动物性鲜奶油)
Chocolate ganache (巧克力淋酱):
120g dark chocolate (黑巧克力)
60ml dairy whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
20g (1 tbsp) Butter (牛油)
