For over 30 years, the Soviet Union abused its citizenry with random arrests, arduous jails and forced labor in its infamous gulags. While there is no method to truly recall the physical struggles and mental anguish prisoners endured, the dark and eerie exhibit at the Gulag Museum gives some insight into this human suffering to show how bad were the gulags.
