Like many people I have had physical trauma to my body. Most of it. I have endured over the course of a few decades of my life. How my physical pain and suffering relates with psychological pain and suffering, and the opportunity I have to help advocate for people like me. I do not want to reach people to create a scene for myself, but share with other people ways that they can navigate around what they are going through and I hope my story helps.
