Another remembrance boss under the belt, and deathless too! I didn't expect to be able to find the waygate so easily, but turns out the wiki guide is significantly better than my own memory is. I fully planned on massacring every Albinauric there when we arrived, yet I somehow remembered that there's always something or other that stops me from doing that. Upon the two Red Albinaurics rising out of the floor and jumping me... I remembered exactly what was stopping me. Thankfully, it was nothing that booking it to the palace as fast as possible couldn't fix. In there... was a merchant selling FIVE STONESWORD KEYS. We're SAVED! Hopefully, this means we won't have to worry about Stonesword Keys for a while - maybe even for the rest of the game, due to how close we're starting to come to the end. Mohg himself wasn't too bad, although I wish I brought the Purifying Crystal Tear that I did a whole questline to get rather than just forgetting about it and scraping through the fight without it. I was also playing like complete dookie for most of the fight for some reason. Either way, we've made it to the DLC... I think? If you're wondering why the video ends on such a sudden note - without even a "thank you" - it's because my game crashed on transition. I'll check that out next time I boot up Elden Ring... because it's far too late at night for me to want to solve that problem now.
With the DLC starting tomorrow, I've decided that I'm finally going to knuckle down and bring back the personal elements of video descriptions for the last fifty days of this challenge. That's right: we're exactly fifty days away from being done with Daily Elden Ring as a whole, as of this video. It's weird to say, as I still remember when we were only fifty days INTO the challenge. This series will end with the boss fight against Radagon and the Elden Beast on Monday 11th August, with a bonus commentated retrospective video with Nightreign gameplay going up the day afterwards, as a Day 208, to conclude the series as a whole. As I was saying, however, personal stuff will come back tomorrow to coincide with the start of Shadow of the Erdtree. Since the end of that style of description 57 days ago (time flies), I've had several pleasant interactions with the individual I believed to have been rubbed the wrong way by my statements. It's not exactly the upfront apology I wanted from the break - as I am far too scared to talk to people I don't know - but it works. As for the other people that were allegedly offended by what I wrote here... their opinions no longer matter to me, I have realised. Of course, things will be a little bit more on the regulated side compared to before, but I'd still like to actually give this series some soul. It's felt a bit like the drought months of Daily Silksong News these last 57 days, and as much as I respect Daily Silksong News, that's not the kind of vibe I'm exactly looking for. I hope you look forward to the times ahead!
