24. 30 Minute Mass Gain Workout

In this video we perform a 30-minute start to finish mass gain workout to be performed in the gym. From our previous videos we know that for optimal mass gain a workout must have moderate reps.
The workout involves performing the following exercises
Dynamic stretch:
Arm Circles
Dynamic Pec Stretch
Standing Torso Twist
Side-bend Stretch
Leg Swings Left
Leg Swings Right
Warm up:
Jumping Jacks
Rest for 30 seconds
Mani Workout:
Goblet Squat
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
Bench Press
One arm Dumbbell Row right
One arm Dumbbell Row left
Chin ups
Seated Shoulder Press
Bicycles
Static Stretch:
Lat stretch left
Lat stretch right
Pec stretch left
Pec stretch right
Pigeon stretch left
Pigeon stretch right
Butterflies
NOTE: If you want to perform it for a longer time than 30-minutes, you can increase the number of sets for each exercise.
