This is the complete first minute of "War Comes to America," part seven of the propaganda series "Why We Fight," released 14 June 1945. I have not edited out any video or audio from that first minute. The pledge is repeated with subtitles showing what the kids are saying, but there's no other tricky editing.
According to Wikipedia, Eisenhower signed into law on June 14, 1954, a bill adding "under God" to the official wording of the pledge, after lobbying from the Knights of Columbus.
