On our trip to Peru, we sat down for a fine dining experience at Central, which was named the Best Restaurant in the World in 2023. Our 14-course tasting menu focused on exploring Peruvian Cuisine through various microclimates, and we opted for the drink pairing with South American wines, local spirits, and beer. This was definitely an experience, one I'd say was worth it though definitely pricey.
