Stir-Fried Rice Noodles (Lort Cha) | Cambodian Street Food Everyone Must Try On Their Trip

Fried Rice Noodles(Lort cha) are simple stir-fried noodles to make. Ingredients for the protein and vegetables can be swapped as you wish too. Nothing fancy really!

▶ Ingredients :
1/2 kg, Fat Rice Noodles
● Dark Soy Sauce
● Oyster Sauce
a handful, Bean Sprout
a handful, Garlic Chives
One Egg
The sauce :
1/3 cup, Sugar
1 tbsp, Fish Sauce
1 tbsp, Vinegar
1/2 cup, Cooked Water
1/4 tsp, Salt
5 cloves, Garlic.

▶Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add the rice noodles, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix it well and If the noodles don't have a beautiful color, add the dark soy sauce more.
2. Making the sauce. Add the sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, cooked water, salt, and garlic into a small mixing bowl. Stir the sauce until the sugar is melted.
3. Heat the oil in a pan on high heat. Break the egg and fry the egg over easy style and place on top when served.
4. Use the same pan, pour the remaining oil, and add the rice noodles, stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Add bean sprouts and garlic chives, stir a few seconds, then scoop out.
6. Pour the sauce and mix . Best to go with sweet sour chili sauce. Enjoy your meal.
