Laying the foundations of my new full body workout. Back is slowly getting better now and I'm off pain medication. Plenty of movement bar hanging and stretching plus work with a tennis ball into the muscles around the area has helped greatly. I've just been dipping into the Steve reeves book on building a classic physique, just arrived from the USA and as I finalise my workout plan I'm incorporating several of the books ideals such as lifting cadence, full body approach, several exercises per body part, and the flow through the workout through the muscle groups. I'm not doing the routine as written but more being influenced by the methods promoted to keep on the safe side. Also just doing one all out set of each exercise for now and getting the right weights until I build momentum with this. I've already experimented with some better cable options for doing laterals and chest fly's so will probably incorporate those going forward. Will have to do a book review of this one soon as its certainly a great read so far and encouraging for the natural lifter like myself.
