This is the process that I used on the 47% SS101 Super Starduster aerobatic biplane.
This is an alternate process for installing finish tape on a model aircraft's flying surface edges (wing, fin rudder, stab, elevator leading and trailing edges) using the Stits Poly Fiber system components.
