I know how tough it is for runners to get your strength training in. Whenever you're short on time, it's the first to go!
That's why we created ATLAS. A simple 7 minute core routine with NO equipment, NO excessive time commitment, and thus NO excuses! :)
When in doubt, DO. THIS. ROUTINE. Only takes 7 minutes and will make you a stronger, faster, more injury-resistant runner.
This will work your entire core - abs, obliques, glutes, hamstrings, even your back and a bit of chest/shoulders.
I'll walk you through each individual exercise. Then we'll do the routine together at the end (30 seconds each exercise).
