高原反应，不只是头痛！它真的会要命吗？Altitude Sickness is more than just a headache! Is it life threatening?

之所以决定制作这支视频，是因为发现身边很多人，尤其是前往高海拔地区旅行的人，对急性高原病（Acute Mountain Sickness，AMS）的认识其实非常有限。
像是头痛、恶心、疲劳、气喘或呼吸不顺等症状，常常被低估，或误以为只是“旅途劳累”所导致。结果就是，早期的危险警讯被忽略，也错过了及时休息、适应高度，或尽早下降的最佳时机。
这支视频的目的，是用清楚、容易理解的方式，介绍什么是急性高原病、它为什么会发生、如何辨识早期症状，以及什么时候这些症状需要被认真对待。
目标是以实用、简单、好理解的方式认识 AMS，提高对高原反应的警觉性，帮助旅客在高海拔环境中做出更安全的决定，也能更安心地享受旅程。

I decided to do this video after realising that many people around me, especially those who head to high altitude destinations, have a limited understanding of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS).
Symptoms such as headache, nausea, fatigue, or shortness of breath are often underestimated or misattributed to “travel tiredness.” As a result, early warning signs may be overlooked, and opportunities for timely rest, acclimatisation, or descent are missed.
The purpose of this video is to provide clear, accessible information about AMS: what it is, why it occurs, how to recognise early symptoms, and when to take symptoms seriously.
The goal is to explain AMS in a clear, practical, and easy to understand way and to improve awareness so travellers can make safer decisions and enjoy their trips with more confidence when visiting high altitude environments.
