2/3 cup warm water
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Allow yeast to activate, 10 minutes
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Mix until hydrated
Knead 8 minutes
Cover and allow it to rise one and a half hours
Divide into eight portions
Roll very thin, approximately 8” x 5”
Cairon skillet should be very hot
Cook 45 seconds to one minute
Flip cook 45 seconds on second side, covered if desired
