Raisin Bread made by hands Very fluffy & Delicious ▏ Easy and Quick Bread ▏Don't waste expired Yogurt
Ingredients:
Yogurt 250 g
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
Sugar 30 g (2 tbsp)
All-purpose flour 300 g（2 cups）
Salt 1.5 g（1/4 tsp)
Unsalted Butter 30 g (2 tbsp)
Dried cranberries 40 g
Raisin 40 g
Bake in a preheated oven at 175℃/350℉for 22-25 minutes to golden brown
