How to Make Crepe/Pancake with Ice Cream at Home

Have leftover ice cream, so I used it to make crepes/pancakes. I'm using a 20cm non-stick pan ( you can get it here https://s.shopee.com.my/9pWvcChmp1 )
Ingredients:
4 tbsp self-raising flour
1 tbsp custard powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
120g ice cream (let it melt as much as possible)
1 medium egg
80ml water/milk
Enough oil/butter for cooking
Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Heat and grease the pan.
3. Pour the batter into the pan and cook with low-medium heat.
4. That's all. Ready to be served.
