A tasty and healthy dosa prepared by using rice, urad dal and methi seeds. This dosa can be made either crispy or spongy. It's requires 7 to 8 hours of fermentation. Urad dal is rich in protein and vitamins, gives energy to us. Similarly methi seeds are best for sugar control, digestive problems and controls cholesterol. So it is a healthy dish.
Ingredients
Soaked Boiled rice and Dosa rice 1&1/2cup each
2 fistful of Urad dal
Soaked Methi seeds 2sp
Salt to taste
Water
Ghee
