Serves 6
3 cups basmati rice (washed)
6 chicken drumsticks
500g beef sausages (or your favourite)
250g bacon
10-12 curry leaves
10-12 cloves
2 onions (1 is optional)
2 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp crushed ginger (I didn't have any)
2 green chillies (optional)
2 tsp tumeric powder
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/3 cup oil (approx)
chicken seasoning
salt
pepper
