Jr. Pac-Man MAME Cheat: Start Before Kill Screen and Better Level Select

I didn't like the current level select cheat in Jr. Pac-Man, it wasn't consistent to the Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man level select. Thankfully, it didn't take much effort to replace the current one with the one from Ms. Pac-Man to be more consistent with both games. So what changed exactly? Nothing much, though you will notice the difficulty now matches the current level you've selected, instead of using level 1's difficulty and escalating from there. I also added the option to start at level 143, the last level before the kill screen.
