here is a brief introduction to your 7-day january breathwork challenge!
day 1 of the challenge will begin on january 5th, 2026.

a few important notes:
try to do your pranayama first things in the morning, before eating!
you can revisit these pranayama practices as much as you would like. if you miss a day, be kind to yourself - resume when you are ready
please avoid kapalabhatti and baya kumbaka pranayama if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, have a heart condition, are taking any SSRIs, suffer with anxiety or are on any other medications that affect your nervous and respitory system. always consult with your doctor if you are note sure. these pranayama exercises are also unsuitable for children and teens under the age of 18.
