The 2018 immersion program at Wudang White Horse Internal Martial Arts and Healing Academy is the Apprenticeship at Sharpening Stone. This 3 month full time training program is 360 hours of instruction in qi gong, tai chi, kung fu, sword, fan, staff, ba gua, healing, primitive skills, and daoist esoteric arts.
