Please make sure to stretch before or after exercises.
This video is for dancers to use to warm up muscles before or after stretching and practicing skills. Cardio Exercises specifically target muscles that we use for Acro Dance but can be beneficial to any dancer at any level.
Exercises are meant to be done in a small space since many of you are staying inside.
