(attention! all the green ingredients should be cleaned and dried / NO water)
60 g baby spinach, chopped
80 g green beans, chopped f
80 g peas, chopped
220 green asparagus, chopped and heads halved
..
A handful of parsley, chopped finely
A handful of thyme, chopped finely
A handful of basil, chopped finely
..

1 mozzarella di bufala
150 fresh cheese
150 g grated gruyere cheese
50 g grated parmesan

Zest of 1 lemon

2/3 of the bechamel sauce, cold
..
Black pepper
Sea salt
Olive oil

1 cup of cream (to be added to the remaining bechamel sauce)

50 g grated gruyere cheese (topping)
1 tbsp grated parmesan (topping)

Preheated oven at 180 Celsius
20 minutes
