Solid 10 Minute Upper Body At Home Workout (No equipment Bodyweight ONLY) | Follow Along Workout

This training will be a quick 10-min upper body workout designed for you to push yourself at your own pace (based on your fitness abilities).

I encourage you to try the workout a few times. Once you feel that you've become stronger and the workout becomes easier, progress to doing multiple rounds in a given session of the 10-min workout (i.e. 2,3,+ rounds) That way you are continually challenging yourself through progressive overload; enhancing your development, endurance, and strength.

This video is full length, which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video.

You can do this upper body bodyweight home workout 2-3x per week. And if you wanted to keep active on your other days, be sure to check out my future workout routines!
