This is the third and final video in a series that shows you the steps to building an Excel-linked decision analysis model within a Decision Tree-focused mode in DPL. The simple example model built within the series is a manufacturing capacity expansion decision. In this video I introduce asymmetry to the decision tree and run an analysis to find out what the optimal decision policy is.
