Dr. Padma Angmo, Consultant Psychiatrist at SNM stressed for the need of collective efforts from all stakeholders in Ladakh to curb the menace of drugs abuse. She also added that chance of Hepatitis disease spread also increases due to sharing of common needle to inject drugs in veins. She was speaking at drugs awareness organised by Anjuman Imamiya Leh.
