Thanks to my best friend Robert, I was able to hang out in the cab of BR&W 2-8-0 #60 right before Christmas this year. The steam locomotive featured a custom built 6 chime whistle, which sounded great throughout the central New Jersey farmland. Big thanks to Rob and his crew for this wonderful opportunity. We'll catch them first at Everitts Road and Toad Lane before boarding the train at Ringoes Station for our ride in the cab.
