Most people think aging is what makes their joints stiff, their body achy, and their circulation slower. What rarely gets explained is that chronic, low-grade inflammation is often the real driver behind how fast the body breaks down. Inflammation does not just cause pain. It stiffens blood vessels, irritates connective tissue, and reduces tissue flexibility over time, which is why joint discomfort and circulation issues often show up together.
In this video, I explain how calming inflammation consistently can support long-term mobility and healthy circulation, and I share a simple, food-based daily shot that many people tolerate well when used correctly.
Daily Inflammation-Calming Shot Instructions:
Take 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and add a pinch of turmeric powder. Start with a pinch. If your body tolerates it well, you may slowly work your way up to about ¼ teaspoon. This is not meant to be a high dose or a replacement for medication. It is a daily physiological signal.
Best Time to Take It:
The best time to take this shot is in the morning with or right before your first meal. Taking it with food helps reduce stomach irritation and improves absorption, especially since turmeric is fat-soluble and olive oil supports its uptake. If you do not eat breakfast, take it with your first meal of the day.
Extra virgin olive oil contains polyphenols that support healthy endothelial function, helping blood vessels remain flexible and responsive. Turmeric helps calm inflammatory signaling pathways that contribute to joint stiffness and tissue irritation. Used consistently, this approach focuses on lowering the daily inflammatory load rather than chasing quick fixes.
⚠️ Important Note: If you are on blood thinners, have gallbladder issues, or a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using turmeric regularly.
Consistency matters. Aging does not have to mean breaking down. When inflammation is managed properly, the body often functions better, moves better, and feels better over time.
